Göksu Delta is located in Silifke, 1,5 hour’s drive away from Mersin city centre. It is home to 334 bird species including rare species such as purple gallinule, marbled teal, flamingo and pelican.

Göksu Delta is a first degree nesting area for Caretta Carettas in Eastern Mediterranean region. Located in Aydıncık, Aydıncık Islands are convenient for birdwatching as well.
